Networking Concepts Course: Networking concepts is our course that covers basic networking such as networking devices, network design, IP addresses, MAC addresses, protocols, and other concepts that will help you succeed in a network engineer role. We have many variants of the course that will get more in depth the longer the class you choose.

Security Concepts Course: This course covers network security, the devices used to secure a network, design considerations for a secure network, and configuration options.

CCNA Prep: While we are not affiliated with Cisco and cannot offer official Cisco Certified Network Associate prep courses, this course is designed to learn the concepts and topics that are included in the CCNA exam. This interactive course will include lab equipment and will equip you with the knowledge you will need to help not only pass the exam but help you succeed in a career with networking.
Price and Details: 30 hour course online or in class - $1200 per person Schedule can vary and be adapted per customer(s).
Network Assessments
With years of experience in assessing both enterprise and industrial networks, our network engineer can assess your network and provide critical feedback that can help you fix problems and make your network the best it can be.
Basic Network Assessment: Hands off assessment of your network infrastructure, devices, and policy. You will be given a report on the status of your network with recommendation. Price: $250
Security Posture Assessment: Assess your networks ability to repel intruders, mitigate attacks, and prevent collateral damage. This assessment can include scans of your network for vulnerabilities and wi-fi posture assessment. You will receive a report of the findings as well as the devices found with their vulnerabilities.

Technical Support
Do you need help troubleshooting issues, installing or configuring network equipment, or even running ethernet cable? No matter the need when it comes to your technology, our general support services covers all.
We break our service fees down into categories. Hourly and Block of Time. Hourly services are broken down into work hours (8-5 weekdays) and off hours (nights and weekends). Our block of time service is a discounted pre-paid service that gives you the opportunity to have support on call for discounted price or to pay less for an upcoming service that may take 8 or more hours. Block of time is broken down into Type 1 and Type 2. Type 1 is meant for work hours and we will reserve the time for 365 days from the purchase date. Type 2 is meant for any hours including night and weekend and is reserved for two years from the purchase date.
Cost Breakdown:
Hourly Services: Hourly Service Fee (8-5 weekdays): $85/hour Hourly Service Fee (all off-hours including weekends): $125/hour

Network Mapping
How many times have you looked at your switches and wondered where the cables go? That's a consistent problem for many customers who have grown their networks organically and haven't had the time to organize and label the cables. This becomes a serious issue when there's a problem that needs troubleshooting and the unlabeled cables can add hours of additional troubleshooting.
Let us help you. With our mapping service, we will test your cables, label them, and create an inventory sheet that notates their name and where they are in relation to your switches and area of the building.
Pricing: $500 for up to 5 switches/zones $50 per additional switch or zone.
RFID Systems
We are in the early stages of being able to custom designed RFID locking systems for homes and organizations that can be for basic access or include HomeKit integration.
Network Design
Designing a network can include a lot of details and considerations. What kind of cable should you use? What level of redundancy do you need? Do you need remote or site to site VPNs? What level of security are you required to have? We can help you with a network design tailored to your needs. We will provide our recommendation of networking devices, cable, hardware, and can even help with the configuration and installation. We are working hard to have a wide range of penetration tests to be able to offer customers who want to see where their network vulnerabilities are before someone else does. Maybe you have requirements to meet certain criteria from your corporate office or a governing body. Having a third party test your overall security can be a great way to patch up before an internal or external audit.
